If your tickets are going to be delivered via Electronic Transfer, you don't have to worry about forgetting your tickets at home! As long as you have your smartphone, you will be all set.
Accepting Your Tickets
When your tickets are ready, you will receive an email to accept them online. To complete this process, simply create an account through the website specified in the email. Be sure to use the same email address that you used to order your tickets. If you have previously created one, you're already a step ahead. You will be asked to provide some additional information before the tickets will appear in your account.
Using Your Tickets
On the day of the event, you can pull up the tickets on the website you created an account with on your phone, which you will then present to the ticket taker at the door. If that particular website has it's own app, you may use that as well.
Transferring Your Tickets:
If you need to give the tickets to another person, you can transfer the electronic tickets you have in your account to someone else. When you are viewing your tickets in your account, you will see the transfer button. Click that, and then select the tickets you would like to send and fill out the name and email address of the person you are sending them to.
Common Issues and Solutions
Issue: When fields auto-fill, it's doesn't always know that the form is complete and will not let you continue to the next page.
Solution: Type in all of the information by hand.
Issue: The button in the email to accept the tickets isn't taking you to the appropriate webpage.
Solution: Try clicking the button again after signing into your account. If that does not fix the problem, try on another browser, i.e. Chrome/Internet Explorer/Firefox.
Issue: Cannot accept the tickets on a mobile device.
Solution: Always try on a desktop or laptop computer first. While you always will be able to pull up the tickets for entry on your phone, the initial process often works best on traditional computers.
Issue: The website won't accept my phone number.
Solution: Start your number with the "1" before the area code, i.e. 13335554444 for the phone number (333) 555-4444
